Luckily for denizens of the Unofficial Empeg BBS (who are no doubt losing buttloads of sleep over this!) yours truly is at this moment in Massachusetts/Taxachusetts and is planning on having dinner tomorrow night with the very same lead-footed victim of the Massachusetts State Police whose insurance premiums were (IF I remember correctly) pumped up by his alacritous transgressions....
