I don't know about everyone else, but I'm only interested in automated/scheduled solutions that can also handle deltas to reduce backup times. Ideally it would also handle versioning/snapshots and do so intelligently. But there really isn't anything around that seems to do this - no alternative to Time Machine in Mac OS.

There are a number of third-party commercial tools that can clone a Windows boot disk. That's useful to set up a base system to restore.
