I was just researching this today, but this thread didn't come up in a "+voice +over" search...

Has anyone heard anything about www.lingo.com ? They seems a bit cheaper - $19.99 unlimited (+tax) and have the same features... They say that includes unlimted calls to US, Canada and Western Europe.
