I tried them both with Jumper to "Device 0" (that should be correct right?), but sadly no better outcome. I think i will have to send it in for repairs...

EDIT: I tried all kind of variations with the disks and the Jumper settings, still no reaction. Judging by that I would have to asume both drives are damaged or the cable actually is damaged.
