Rob, your commitment is without question, and I'm confident that your patience has been worn as thin as has ours. I'm equally confident that you understand the disappointment. You have stated, very clearly, this matter is not within your realm of responsibility. However, there is, undeniably a communication problem somewhere in 'the system'. As a favor, would you mind pointing us at a person sufficiently high enough in the management food chain to ensure that the message does find its way to the correct individual?
