Im off to Norway on the 7th June from the UK. Initially Im going to stay for 3 weeks near Honefoss, but possibly till the 25th August if I can find some work.

Ive got some web design stuff Im doing, but is there anyone on the BBS that knows of IT places that hire for the summer?
Tried www.sommerjobb.no and other places so far.

At the moment Im off to be a construction worker, but IT is more my field

I am sorry to say that the current IT market in Norway has hit the shitter.. A lot of companies has been laying off people, so unless you are incredible good, you are going to have a hard time finding an IT job in Norway. Even the phone co (Telenor) who has traditionally been hiring a lot of summer help are not going to do it this summer.

Who knows, you might be lucky though.. You might want to check out www.finn.no for a larger job listing.
