Sure. I don't see why you couldn't. If you can read it online, you can download it to your computer... actually... you've already done it if you've read the faq. It's in your cache. =]

Recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer have a feature which allows you to store content offline. Use that if you want to read the pages without an internet connection. You could also print the pages and read them that way.

However, remember that the FAQ is updated regularly, and any offline version will not necessarily be current .
