I would like to have the visuals default to ON when in car and in house. I realize and have seen the disclosure about you shouldn’t have visuals on while driving, blah, blah, blah. Currently I have been using Hijack version 137 to force the unit into AC mode to have the Visuals on, but I have to remove the unit every time I turn off the car in order for it to truly shut off.


What can I do to get this working in the DC mode?

The main reason I want the visuals is to have the large clock… as my old cd-player was the only clock I had in my vehicle.

I have seen some posts about a clock over lay… What is this?

Hijack has an option called "Restore DC car visuals". You might want to investigate that option a little further.

I did play around with that but it didn't seem to do anything. I just upgraded to v187 and your where right does exactly what I was looking for.
