Didn't see it in the troubleshooting FAQ section, so ...

I just went to shuffle all tracks on my player (which I've done several times before - Down into "playlists" and straight on through, with the 'S' already enabled (least recently played)).

For the past 10 minutes the hourglass icon has been sitting there, not moving, although there is slow animation of the titles from the previous shuffled playlist in the background. (I had just added new tracks to the player and wanted to reshuffle from scratch.)

Should I unplug the thing? Comments? Suggestions? Bueller?

Ultimately took the chance and rebooted the box. Tried it again. Worked fine. (?)

FWIW, this was using 2.0b7

I think you may have encountered a known bug in 2.0 beta 7. It will most likely be fixed in the next beta.
