Looking up CD track listings

A while ago, when I was living in a cramped house in West London, I transferred my CD collection from the jewel cases into Caselogic flip file things. This was a great idea -- saved a lot of space, and made it easy to browse my CD collection.
Of course, now I've moved a couple of times, I can no longer find the sleeve liners, or jewel cases for some of my CDs. I've still got the CDs, but no track listings.
As you can imagine, having ripped my entire CD collection and put it on my empeg, it's a little disappointing to have 4179 tracks of which 45 are missing the artist, 23 are missing the source, and 1180 are missing the year.
Now, I'm not too bothered about the year -- most CD liners don't include it (and does that annoy anyone else?). I _am_ however, annoyed that I can't find the source and artist for those remaining 68 items.
So, two questions:
1. Can anyone recommend a good site for looking up track listings for CDs that are no longer available? I've tried google, amazon, homebass, allmusic, and a couple of others.
2. Does anyone have the track listings for:
Ministry of Sound - Renaissance Vol 1, Disc 3, but more particularly a track called "Solar Plexus" - I can't figure out the artist.
Ministry of Sound - Renaissance Vol 3, Disc 1
Ministry of Sound - Renaissance Vol 3, Disc 3
The House Collection Vol 3 Disc 2 (Allister Whitehead)
I'm missing the CD liners for these.
Global Cooling (it was a freebie CD that Fosters were banging out in 1995).
Not much chance of that, but then I'm only missing artists for the following two tracks:
You got the Love (Eren's Bootleg Mix) -- it could be "SOURCE featuring Candi STATON", or "Robin S"
So In Love with you (Full Intention Remix) -- there are 4 versions listed in Guinness[1], none of which seem likely.

It is worse with compilation CDs. Sometimes they don't provide enough information and you have to do research to discover the year for each song.
What I've been doing is the Playlist representing the Album contains the Year of Pressing for the CD. The individual tunes have the year it came out. If you put the wrong year (e.g. year the album came out versus the original date the song came out) then the play-by-year feature is all hokie and blooie.

Thanks. I've looked on CDDB before, but didn't find Solar Plexus.
The problem with CDDB is that there's no provision for a separate artist per track. People generally hack this in, but it means that when they don't, as in the case of "The House Collection", I can't find the artist for a particular track.

Unfortunately, nobody seems to have Renaissance Vol 3, which wasn't by Sasha and Digweed. I've (now) got complete track listings for the Sasha and Digweed stuff.

Huzzah, with some judicious use of freedb, and a really lucky strike on a Paul Oakenfold compilation, I'm down to a single track missing the artist.

A friend was kind enough to give me 3 CD-R's of Paul Oakenfold mp3's... rare stuff. But none of them had id3 tags! Took me a month to get most of the tags, but some were live internet streams and I still havn't found them.... sigh.

But none of them had id3 tags!
Last night I was at the house of someone who assured me, based on the filenames of some tagless MP3s, that I was listening to The Beatles' I'm A Believer and The Beatles' Mrs Robinson.

Wow! haha! Gotta love that!
(anyone ever see the first episode of the Monkees where Mike throws a dart at a picture of the Beatles? It is a REALLY quick cut, but I thought it was funny that even before people had a chance to call them Beatles rip-offs, they were poking fun).

I did find the following stuff useful for chasing up information (including Paul Oakenfold):
Unfortunately, the eponymous site doesn't have a discography up yet.

The Artist was 'Duke'
Sorry can't help with the others ...

I've got most of the Renaissance albums,
I've got Dave Seaman's Renaissance Awakening and Renaissance Desire, and then I've got Renaissance Volume 3.

It was 'The Source feat. Candi staton'
Duke: So In Love With You (full intentino mix)
Does anyone know what CD's these are originally from or what years they came out?
