I'm currently having problems launching Musicmatch in Windows XP. The splash screen comes up and then I get the error message shown in the attached file.

If anybody has any advise as to what could be causing this, it would be much appreciated.

I don't recognize the issue, but I know there have been problems here and there with MusicMatch and XP. I'll show this to my boss when I get into work tomorrow and see what he knows. I'll post what I hear.

Could you try a few things for me?

First, we'd like to take a look at the following files:
install.log
mmjblog.txt
mmjb.rpt (if it exists)

Could you send these to me at scott@musicmatch.com?

Also, please include info on your system, as well as information about the install, such as whether it was a clean install or an install over an existing jukebox version. Also, was it an upgrade to XP or a fresh install of XP.

This will help us reproduce the problem and fix it.
