Okay, I've added a font to the kernel, and micro-routines to display basic text using the font, without too much kernel bloat.

This means my VolAdj+Breakout patch now shows the new VolAdj on/off setting when using the front panel buttons to change it. This also means we're one step closer to adding some usergroup-defined menus to the player for other neat stuff.

I've also restructured my patch, to make it easier to identify my stuff, and easier to extend the kernel in new ways with the hijacked buttons/display code I've added.

Okay, I've extended the charset in the Font to include uppercase + symbols, and I've added a menu for controlling Richard's VolAdjust parameters. It has four presets: Off,Normal,High,Max which are accessed using the same buttons as before. This is all now in V12 from my website.

Thanks to Richard for the original patch, and his suggestions for the presets.

Cool, can we get a low voladj setting also? Assuming this normal is the same as the stock voladj kernel it is a little aggressive for my tastes.

Yes, Normal is exactly the same as the stock voladj kernel.

If you want a Low setting, then figure out the correct parameters
for the call to voladj_intinit() (or beg a set from Richard),
and then send them to me. I think I'd rather have a "Low"
setting to replace the current "Max" setting.

This series of kernels has now been updated with menus and other stuff as V14.
