Great stuff!

Another small issue: there's something wrong with the formatting of pages that include the survey - it goes off the window on the right and there's no horizontal scrollbar. This happens regardless of window width. I can't vote! . I'm using Netscape 4.78 on Linux.

Cool, but I'm not a big fan of black-on-black for everything!

(In case you don't realise what I mean, it's that "BACKGROUND: none; COLOR: #000000" causes the (black) background to be inherited from the parent box, because there's no such colour as "none" in CSS. Perhaps you meant "BACKGROUND: white; COLOR: #000000" or something?)
