Sonic Blue estore..........It gets worse

Today I eagerly awaited and received a Fed Ex package. It was supposed to contain two remotes, but only contained one. Invoice stated two shipped, and there were no holes in the box.

What the hell?!?!

Today I received a box from them too. I ordered a remote and a rio car screen kit. I received a remote and a rio 600/800 car kit complete with cassette adapter and car power plug. Someone isnt reading labels very well.

The box I received was way too large, at first I thought SB had sent me another empeg! Too bad they didnt make that mistake.

i ordered several items on tuesday evening, and i was shocked to receive the package here in chicago this morning. i had even selected the cheapest (slowest) shipping option.

and yes, my order was actually correct.

sorry to hear about everyone's headaches, but at least it's not universal.

finally got my remote today, but the press and hold funtions don't seem to work at all. I have 1.03 installed. Are they not supposed to be working until 2.0? The only example i can remember off the top of my head is the EQ button.

Does anyone have an updated list of the new remote functions by the way?

Some of the press and hold functions of the new remote will not be implemented until 2.0. As you have discovered, the equalizer is one of them. When 2.0 comes out, it will work as expected.

An example of a press and hold function which DOES work in 1.03 is fast-forward and rewind (press and hold the next/prev track buttons). Well, assuming the file is CBR of course.

Functions marked under the buttons in oblique are press-and-hold functions.

Personally, the prosthetic forehead option is more attractive to me.
