It's been awhile since I've updated my player.

I'm wondering now since I want to reinstall the player in my new car, which version of the software is the most current and also STABLE?

Also which builder should I use? I have a new pair of 160gb drives. Should the big disk bulder be used? I thought I read somewhere that Mark L had nixed the big disk builder and advised people from using it?


I want to resurrect these beasts. I have 2 empegs with new 160gb dual drives.

Mark Lord's Bigdisk Upgrade located here is what you want, version 2.01. This includes Hijack already built in which is cool.

If you are upgrading your hard disk, run the disk builder image first. (Remember, images with "Builder" in their name will format your hard disk.) If you are not upgrading your hard disk, just do the player software upgrader that Mark has provided there.
