Is there any way to buy spare parts right now? I need a new dock and would like a new faceplate while I'm at it. Since it's been installed and re-installed, the harness on the back of my dock has a few loose wires that I can't get to stay in place - having no front speakers isn't fun!!!

Loose harness wires is a known "bug" with early Mk2 models, and they will replace the connector at no charge if you e-mail support about it.
