on my Empeg mark 2 3.0 alpha 11 (i had 2.01 same problem)
when i adjust the volume with the knob it changes way to fast or does not change at all. any ideas?

You may have to replace the knob.

I'm not sure if Hijack does more serious 'debouncing'.

Yeah, try Hijack before soldering.

I loaded the Hijack, and i also pulled the knob out just a bit.
it seems to have fixed the problem.
