I am looking for a simple solution that will not cost a lot of money and will allow someone to work with an online schedule with Outlook (or even a web browser) and also work with it from their Blackberry.

One service that seems to do what I want is Maximizer but it seems to be a little overkill for their needs.

Any suggestions?

The PCs to be used with the online schedule are behind a couple NATs so they cannot host the information without using some kind of third party service.

At work, we use a product called Good Link, but (1) it's probably also overkill for you, and (2) it seems to support every wireless PDA on the planet except the Blackberry.
