My pc can not find my empeg.when I olpen emplode the little flashlight is not coming up trying to find it .I have uninstaled and instaled agian with no luck.Any ideas,Thanks

Has it worked previously? If so, have you made any changes in the network - hardware or settings wise?

What's between the PC and empeg? For instance, some switches have been seen to be troublesome... Try to eliminate the network from the equation - try a direct crossover cable between PC and empeg... What are the IP-numbers of the PC and empeg - make sure both in the same subnet...

Is this the new one you just got as the backup? Are you connecting via USB or ethernet? I assume ethernet at the moment. Check to see (via serial port connect) if the ethernet port is not configured or ethernet is disabled.

Hi,went golfing early this morning just now got home.I am going through a divorce right now,she got the computer with all my music on it. so this is a new computer with windows xp.I downloaded emplode on it yesterday. it can not find either of my players there both running 2.0 except for the new one I just go.t it still has 1.3 on it. I am using the usb.

I am such a moron when it comes to computers,I still can not get emplode to find my empegs.I read the notes about xp and drivers but I do not understand it.what to do,what to do.Does any one live near the valley in California, that can come over and get this working and install EAC andLlame on my pc.I would gladly pay.
