I'm fairly handy with wood myself and I was wondering if it was possible to get a parts list and/or cut sheet or blueprints for the docking sled. Like the new Canada workshop!!!

Also, would it be possible to get the electronic bits from you?

Thanks!

If you're a woodworker, then you should be able to reverse-engineer the way the dock works, then create your own design. I did. If you need a cut sheet or measurements you should just buy one (if and when Mark makes a new batch). Isn't it better to be original with a dock instead of copying? The electronic parts for the dock can be bought from Digi-Key (as in this thread).

Hi,

I'm lazy and busy at the moment (lousy combo), so the parts list will have to wait a whlle.

But I do have a number of the wood bits all cut out here from the last batch (made an overrun of spares), and might consider selling just the wood (MDF) bits here if there's interest. Cost would be well under $50, but I have to think about the exact amount some.

Also, I'm planning to make a couple more in time for Amersfoort again this year, and have electronics on hand for a total of 4 docks. Anybody out there want one of those at the usual price? Note that these will have MDF sides, but the top/bottom will be of "real" wood, such as solid Mahogany or Cherry.

Cheers

I'd love to get enough of the wood pieces for one or 2 docks depending upon cost. And if you could bear to part with the electronics bits for one full kit, why I think I'd kiss you full on the lips! Or not. Your call man.

Feel free to email me regarding price or whatnot. flawed@comcast.net is best.

Tx!

If your first name were perhaps something more appropriate (to me) than Charles, then I'd take you up on that!
