I'd be in your debt forever!

I finally found a Honda Civic Coupe vti but its 373 miles away from me. The dealer is emailing me photos and has described the car as mint, but I don't want to travel all that distance to find its got marks, scratches and dents.

So... is anyone out there who is closer that me - and who knows a bit about cars - willing to go and take a look at it, have a test drive and let me know what its like?

I know its a lot to ask, but if anyone is a few minutes away it'd be appreciated.

Can't you get an AA or RAC report done on it?

I was really impressed when a buyer sent in the AA last time I sold a car, they don't miss much!

What will they check for? All bodywork and mechanical? Test drives?

Its £189! I'm in shock.

It's worth it. They even check the thickness of the paint on all the panels to find out if it's been resprayed to cover crash damage

Do they charge the same for members and non-members? - Just a thought.
Not that I was paying at the time, but I can vouch for the thoroughness.
