I have one question... is there a way i can slow down the animation because when I uploaded this one to my player it goes by fairly fast and then there is a blank screen for a while. One other thing is that when I crank the car somtimes all you see of the animation is the oldsmobile fading out like its just all hapening too fast. I opened this up in animation shop and noticed that it has no delay on each frame, I tried to add a delay of 8 on each frame but it made no difference when uploaded to the empeg.

The animation playback pays no attention to the delay frames in the GIF file. They are a fixed speed when played back on the empeg.

To change the animation, change the actual frames. Note that if you make too many frames (more than 28 or so), the later frames may not play depending on how quickly your player boots up.

Ok.. I admit it I'm stupid... I can't get the gif to import or to somewhere where I can save it in the proper format... I checked the faq... Somebody remind me, please?

It's supposed to be as simple as:

1. Right click on the GIF on the web page and say "Save Picture As." Make sure it saves as a GIF.

2. Open the Gif in the Jemplode animation editor.

Double checking now to see if that works for me. (Yes, worked for me.)

I just did it with W2k. I'm not clear which part isn't working for you?
