What are the corresponding commands for the Sony stalk controller?

Probably the same thing, except with "Kprev" instead of "Left" and "Knext" instead of "Right".

Oh, and here's a new improved version for the front panel:

I'm another Empeg Owner (MK2a Blue 30G) from Italy.
Since I can't find a tuner for the MK2 at a reasonable price (PCATS' one is out of my budget, plus I can't solder), did someone out there managed to find an external RDS tuner (not another HU, just a tuner) for use with the Empeg via Aux port?

Did anyone ever get this working, as this only moves 0.3 no matter how long you hold down left or right.

I've tried both Tony's and Mark's versions. Same result.

I ended up with a second head unit in the glove compartment for now. It's pretty much fixed on one station because it's a hassle to open the glovebox door to change the station. I tried a portable radio (several actually), and the reception Just Sucked. I've looked for remote mounted tuners and only found one.
SecretAudio make a tuner/cd controller that can mount anywhere. the control part is like 1.5x4.5 inches. You could mount this on a stalk, or replace your ashtray with it. But it's more expensive than PCA's tuner at $199usd. (cd changer extra).
I already have a Sony cd changer I want to mount in the glove box, so I'm patiently waiting for PCA's tuner kit.
