I receive the following error everytime I try to use emplode, whether through Ethernet or serial:

The download process failed during stage 7:
Error 80004005: Unspecified error

I've rebooted both my PC and the Empeg several times and re-imaged twice (consumer 1.0) with no effect. At the bottom of the emplode log is the following line; it's seems to be the only one that indicates a problem.

00:18:12.212 EmplodeDoc.cpp(668) : I [00f9] Found out of bounds tag in file - rebuild the database please!

I previously had it fail a couple times during stage 5 but it recovered with no problems in both cases. The player seems to operate without any problems with the music I've already uploaded, I just can't connect to put on more.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Steve

Does it keep doing this? Can you actually get a successful sync now, or is it completely wedged?

OK, email bugs@empeg.com, and we'll see what we can do about getting you an early cut of the version of emplode that fixes this.
