Ford have released a version of the Focus with a factory-fitted mp3 player. It's one of those CD ones, rather than something truly useful like our little babies, but still...

Didn't Mazda actually market a car last year called the "MP3"? It was just one of the economy cars with an aftermarket CD/MP3 player installed as standard. Don't see how this is any different.

Yeah, seems they're still marketing it this year, too. The stereo is a Kenwood unit.

Haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but I think it's just a cd/mp3 player like loren says. I'm probably going to be using his truck in the next few days though.

It's the Visteon Mach MP3 player. It's literally the same as all the other Ford (Visteon) head units, except it plays MP3 CDs.
