Warren Zevon has been diagnosed with untreatable lung cancer in both lungs and has been given merely weeks to live.

I read about that the other day. I didn't realize it was a matter of weeks though. I certainly enjoy his music and it is sad, but maybe in a way he is lucky that it will go so quickly.
