I think eBay doesn't really care since they get their fees whether the auction falls through or not...

As a final comment on the whether I have these units, As of today, I do have these players on hand. The auctions went up on eBay when my credit card was charged for these items. I pretty much knew I had them then... :)

There is another auction up right now for $479? that states that he does not have these on hand and this auction was started before mine, he must have been speculating.

Boy am I excited to get my MKIIa 60gb. I will need to surf the archives for more information about file naming and Id3 info though....
