We keep on average around 8 different cheeses in the fridge at all times as the whole family are cheese addicts. Hamish prefers strong french cheeses and mexican chilli cheeses, Lexie and I err on the extra mature cheddar side of things, and we keep some stilton, caerphilly and brie around for general purpose hand-to-hand combat.

Parmigiano Reggiano for the table (occasionally Pecorino) and really liking Norwegian Brunost (which feels like plasticine/chocolate)
