Almost all of them if you're willing to make, or have made, custom fascias, consoles, and potentially wiring.

Every rental car I've been in this past year seems like it would have been somewhat straight-forward to do if there's a trim kit available. Two Pontiac and two Toyota models since April.
Car audio has always been super-niche, but I don't know how much the name brands have been suffering year of year because of changes to console layout and integration. You can still see a lot of product for sale from the usual suspects.
I'll be keeping my eye out for any more $20 empegs that's for sure. I wasn't able to find jack on eBay after reading this post earlier today.
