For anybody who has this remote (Kenwood RC-600)... I have made a keypad overlay that can be attached to the remote, with the keys re-labeled with the empeg-specific commands.

It's neatly done on a color laser printer, but the application of it is crude -- it just goes over the top of the keys, attached with clear tape or possibly rubber cement. I have them in nine different background colors with colored text appropriate for each background.
