The error 19 message is not an error at all and has nothing to do with it.

Some possible causes:

1. Messed up scratch partition.

2. Playlist files on second drive that's not being recognized.

3. Misc disk problems.

4. Database too large for player's memory and scratch partition.

Most of these problems have slightly different symptoms than the one you are reporting. Of all the things I just linked, number 1 seems the most likely.

When you upgraded the drives, what were the drive sizes, and are you sure that they are both partitioned and formatted properly? Does emplode report the expected amount of free space, or something different?

Also, please give us a full boot log instead of just that snippet. The snippet you showed doesn't tell us about which drives it's detecting.
