Yes, I forgot to mention that. I have two swap partitions, one regular and one bigger one on a second drive. It helped me to do parallel fsck's without running out of memory. Now that I've had my player upgraded to 32 MB RAM, I hardly ever need swap.
But when I did use swap it was very handy to put the partitions into /etc/fstab, so a single swapon command would handle them.
