burn in on LCD panel?

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but is there any issue with burn in or anything like that on the LCD panel? I often start an album to listen to when I go to sleep. I've seen the backlight go off at the end of the playlist, but its still on the screen in the morning.

LCD Panels do not get burn-in, to my knowledge.

On the HSX-109, I occasionally notice a kind of ghosting effect that hangs around after the clock has been up, but it's only temporary as far as I can tell.
