The weird thing is that I clicked on this thread for the first time, then immediately got up to get some of my mom's pound cake (yum!). When I got back, this question was on my screen. The choice was obvious.

Um, which one comes with vanilla ice cream?
Oh, and I voted for Marianne just to be cooperative, but I really wanted a third option to pick (........... Jennifer........! Jennifer........!), um......., Mrs. Howell.
(another 2002 resolution: No posting during Alias!)

Alias wasn't on last night. If it was, they hid it from my sat receiver.

If you vote for Gore, be sure you click the circle all the way- there won't be any recounts.

Re: waaaaaaay OT - 07/02/2002 07:15
Hmmm - neither really, asI am not a citizen of the USA so they look as bad as each other from outside:)
I refer to my earlier post - can we have a
CmdrTfabris
option
?

What's even funnier is that that's more than responded to the poll to which it was a reply, even including ``Go Screw Yourself''.

I don't know who Ginger or Marianne are
Characters on "Gilligan's Island".
One was a blonde, slutty, airhead, movie-star bombshell. The other was a dark-haired "girl next door" type.
The poll was actually a reference to a US beer commercial if I recall, where the question was asked over a game of billiards.

Ummm, Ginger was a redhead. Probably why she was called ``Ginger''.

Oh, I forgot, you're right, Ginger was a redhead.
But she was the "blonde bombshell type".

Re: waaaaaaay OT - 08/02/2002 02:05
Strange, I always wondered why she was called Ginger 'cos I always thought she was blonde as well.
Mind you though, the last time I saw Gilligan's Island was oooh, let's see now, 1967? we only had a black and white TV so I guess that's why...
