But that's what WIPO's for, if ICANN can't sort it out. They're only vaguely a part of the UN.

I'm so glad the billions of US tax dollars that go to the UN are finally being put to good use. Now let's just hope Libya as chairman of the human rights committee can stop worldwide oppression and tyranny....
