many years ago when i had an amiga i had a little utility that whe you stuck in a dailing code it would spit back out wear in the uk it was

Anyone found something similar for a Mac

Dont you guys have caller ID on your phones over there?

Phone books help too.

You can get Caller ID but you have to pay extra (£4.50/quarter) and buy the display unit or a seperate box. You can also block witheld numbers for £4.50 a quarter.

All the area codes aren't printed in the phone book - you have to buy an extra book which most people don't even know exists!
