You guys have me seriously worried. First no tuner, which sucks but love will find a way...

Now you have me doubting I'll get anything at all! I ordered the afternoon of the 27th, and was charged (they showed in stock). I know they won't ship till the 3rd, but will they ship at all? Sounds like people have some inside knowledge that they have in fact charged and shown 'in stock' and then not shipped.

This would not make me happy :( I was seriously looking forward to getting this thing!

Anyone have any calming words for me?

As bad as they (Digital River?) are, I can't imagine that they would charge you for something and then not ship it.

I ordered the 27th too. I used a visa quick check and looked at online banking the next day., there was a charge there. Now i go and look and the charge is gone. This is why i'm so worried.

This is normal, even if the shipment is really going to happen.

The first one isn't a charge, it's just a "funds authorization". It looks just like a charge in your online banking report, but it's not. It's just a pending transaction that doesn't go through and falls off the account after a specified time period.

The real charge only happens when they ship it.

A french empeg owner with no tuner (santa claus didnt bring to me cos there wasn't no tuner left , hope time will tell ...)

Patience is NOT one of my virtues, guess I'll have to hope for the best. I don't want to hassle them with CS emails or phone calls, but if any of you are so inclined, post the results! Is there a cutoff date, or if they said, "in stock" will it ship?

don't worry, i just got confirmation that mine will ship in 72 hours. I ordered on the 26th, and just found out today.

Now that's scary. Ordered mine on 25th, got confirmation, but no charge has been made to my card and no shipping confirmation yet.
I would get really mad if this doesn't go as promised. Very very angry.

but i had to call them and get on their butt about it in order to find out. So they normally email back i guess with confirmation, but the guy said he called because my email was returning with an error.

What number did you call? I've tried 'em all, and keep getting the run-around.
