I've been using those for over 10 years. They are pretty standard stuff, but all the ones I have seen are red. Started using them when piloting small planes ("request expedited approach due to passenger comfort" is fun once, but...), and found they are handy when kayaking too...

Yeah, I can see using them when medically necessary or when you are jammed up in a small private space (kayak or pilot seat). But sold in this manner?
