He also had "www." in front of "empeg.comms.net".

A slightly quicker shortcut to Roger's method is to right-click on the "attachment" field and select "Copy link location" and then paste it between the <image> tags.

So, lemme get this straight. You work for four different Clear Channel-owned stations and you bring your empeg to work to listen to music?

Well... Clear Channel doesn't seem to play a lot of Mozart nor are they big on audio books.

They seem more interested in contemporary nois... uh, music, and Mozart hasn't put out anything new in ages.

3. Right click on the 'Attachment' link and hit 'Properties'. Copy all of the text from the 'Address' field into the clipboard.
5. Put the following text: [ image ] [ /image ] (without any spaces) in your text, and paste the link in between the two tags.

OK, you asked for it...

Here is my home office complete with office assistant.

The "Plastic Shine" bottle is for cleaning/polishing CDs before ripping them. Seems to work very well -- EAC rarely shows any re-read attempts. Printer is Kyocera (1/4 cent per page for consumables); scanner is an old HP IIcx ScanJet, hugely better than the cheap <$200 USB "throwaway" scanners you see today. (It'll scan an 8x10 color photo in about 10--12 seconds.)

The post about the science toys site gave me the idea to post stereogram pictures of my office. These are the cross-eyed versions since I can't diverge my eyes on command.

First of three attached, the empeg and the Karma are on the left.

Second pic, various clutter on my desk, including an ADSL modem that crashes intermittently, which was kindly replaced with an extra from one of the BBS members here.

Well it's about time!

Funny, I was looking at that section also but dismissed it because I can never seem to bring everything into focus once I've achieved to line up the images.

Those are super-cool, Tony. The mismatch in the monitor scan in the first one was weird. I liked the long depth through the window to the outside. Interesting moire clash happening on the speaker in the second. And I love the third -- Dilbert "floating" there and the shadow behind the rack. Lots of depth, too. Couldn't focus on the blinds rod, though; probably too close to the edge of the frame.

Oh, and thanks for the cross-eye ones. I can't do the diverge thing, either, and am usually lefy out of this stuff.

Yeah, as I was shooting the pics, I thought to myself "the monitor scan mismatch is going to look interesting". And I also have trouble focusing on the blind rod, not sure why.

And Skunky: It takes practice to focus on the things, but my first suggestion is to sit far, far away from the monitor so that the image is just a small square in your field of view.

I finally got around to it. The empeg's not here today, of course.

More pictures.

The origami is cool, is it a set or to you download the instructions?

It promised to be cool. It was a day-by-day calendar where each day's page is the next day's paper. So far, though, the instructions have been pretty lousy. And there are way too many days of: "Take yesterday's thing and do it again and this time draw some stuff on it. It'll be a party favor." Super. In fact, if you go over to my gallery and look at the Random Stuff gallery, I've taken pictures of the one so far I've been totally unable to reproduce. Step 8 should be captioned "magic happens". See if you can figure it out.

Hmm, that clicking bird does seem a little puzzling. BTW sorry to read about your cat. He looked really cool.

Apparently, you're not alone. Here's a mini-rant on my college roomate's web site about the perils of the word cool.
