Well hopefully nothing (bad) will happen. That business unit is up for sale along with Rio and GoVideo. There's still every chance that D&M will get Replay and Rio as a package, but if not hopefully someone will be interested in operating Replay. The slate would be wiped clean with the lawsuit, so the new operator could choose to shut down one of more of the controversial featues, which would still be a lot better than shutting down Replay altogether. Those guys have some great new stuff in development which deserves to see the light of day!
