How did you get in touch with them in the first place if you have no contact details??

We include a service contact sheet with every player, which includes address, email and telephone details (1-800 toll free for the US).

I did get your email to info which I forwarded straight to US Support, asking them to contact you. When I get to work I'll dig out the toll free number and send you that.

If your player has a problem with it's main board then there will be a slight delay, as they are currently coming back to the UK for repair.
