I heard about that. Frankly, I can't say that it's an unreasonable number considering the potential harm to her business.

To this point, I'd say I've assisted about a dozen customers with issues relating directly to the Windows 10 upgrade. While it certainly helps my business, I feel badly for the people who received this "free" upgrade and ended up with a broken computer that they had to hire me to fix.

Crazy.
