The Dream Academy cover is much more intricate, with orchestration and stuff. The one you hear in FBDO is the instrumental tracks only. There is actually a vocal and lyric to the song:

I love it, because when you know the lyrics, it's the perfect song for that movie-- a movie about someone who always gets what he wants, someone for whom things always go right.
