Excellent I guessed that was what it was. I guess I need an Allan key though...I'm in the process of moving at the moment and you guessed it all my kit is @ the other end...never mind I'll speak to support get the low down and tackle it tomorrow when I can get hold of a set. So two things come to mind
1) What can I do to stop this from happening again (assuming it's the cable) as Iv'e seen a few people have the problem.
2) Iv'e got the probolem with the loose volume knob (ooer) as well, what's the recommended fix for that (might as well sort everything at once)

BTW: even with the problems this is probably my favorite toy, pity it isn't a bit cheaper, trying to convince people to 'go empeg' ain't easy with the current price tag!
