Two questions, to help us find a diagnosis:

1. Has it worked in the past, on a different computer? If so, was the working computer on the same network?

2. What version of Emplode are you using? You mentioned you are using player firmware version 2.01, and you asked Roger which version of Emplode *he* was using, but which Emplode are *you* using?
