It looks like Obopay is the best solution for this sort of thing. 25¢ to send money, 2.5% to add money to your account with a credit card number (no fee if straight from a bank account), otherwise free. And the recipient can have the funds deposited directly to his bank account without needing to sign up for an Obopay account. I think I'm going to give this a shot, if Matt's okay with it. Sadly, you have to send funds to a cellphone number. Why can't they include email?
