I've been having problems with my 2k accord's keyless entry system for a while now. Seems like it will take 30 seconds or so after I exit the car until the keyless entry will actually lock the doors. I'm really glad to read this post, since now I konw its probably NOT something wrong with my keyless entry system.

You mentioned "seen so far is to reduce the sleep-timeout value to 5 seconds". how do i reduce the sleep timeout value?

Also, I'm the guy that was picking your brain last year about the install in your accord. I finally got all my stuff put in my car, I'm very happy with the install. The wife wrecked the car a few weeks back however, but i'll get some pics up of the install soon as I get it back.
