Well, I don't quite understand why SB didn't simply leave old, perfectly working system in place while preparing the new one. Perhaps that would have postponed shifting of several guys@empeg to new jobs/responsibilities, but we would not have this ugly gap, just when empeg cleared the backlog and started shipping normally.
