I was surprised to see that Rio-branded players were shipping.

I'm interested in one thing in the photos: In the one where the contents of the box were splayed out, there was a small item in the bottom-right-center of the image. It's in one of those display-card packages (like the kind you'd hang from a hook on a store wall). I don't know what it is and I don't recall seeing it in any other shipment.
