I lived there for three months (loved the skiing), but would never in a million years live in Utah full time. Not much skiing in Texas so if it were Houston v SLC, I'd have to go w/SLC, but that's just me. But hey, different strokes.
Last time I was in Seattle (a few years back) there was a huge glut of commercial real estate sitting empty. Is that still the case or has the commercial market followed the housing market upwards?
